Credits are being bought automatically

Check automatic reload separately from your subscription.

  1. Open Settings → Usage and select Personal if a Personal/Team switch is shown.
  2. Under Purchased credits, check Automatic reload. Use Edit automatic reload to review the selected pack and threshold.
  3. If you no longer want automatic top-ups, turn Automatic reload off and wait for the saved result.
  4. Open Settings → Billing → Transaction history to identify completed top-ups and their receipts.
  5. If charges continue after the setting is disabled, contact private support with the payment reference, setting and time.
