My image will not upload or Send is disabled

Check the file and wait for the upload to finish.

  1. Use a PNG, JPEG or WEBP image no larger than 8 MB.
  2. Attach no more than two files. Remove an existing attachment before adding another.
  3. Wait for uploading to finish before pressing Send. Read any upload error.
  4. If the file is too large or unsupported, export a smaller supported copy and try it again.
  5. If a valid file still fails, save unsent text, refresh and reattach it. Sign out and back in if the error concerns account access.
