Onecord is blank or will not load

Try the simple browser fixes before clearing site data.

  1. Refresh the page and check your internet connection.
  2. Save unsent text, close the affected tab and open Onecord again.
  3. If you can reach Settings, log out and back in. Otherwise try a fresh sign-in.
  4. Try another browser or a private window to see whether an extension or saved browser state is involved.
  5. If needed, clear cache and cookies for Onecord, sign back in and report any continuing error with your browser and approximate time.
