My settings reset or do not save

Check the save result and account before clearing browser data.

  1. Open Settings from the workspace and select the relevant section. Most preferences save when changed; complete any explicit Save action shown by a dialog.
  2. Wait for the change to save and read any error notice before navigating away.
  3. Reopen the setting in the same Discord account. Refresh another open tab if it shows an older value.
  4. If a saved-draft conflict or connection error appears, resolve it before making more edits. Keep a copy of unsent text.
  5. If the problem repeats, report the exact section and control, chosen value and error. Avoid clearing site data as the first step.
