My account shows the wrong name or Discord details

Check the signed-in account and refresh Discord-owned details.

  1. Open Settings → Account and check the Discord username.
  2. If it is the wrong account, log out and sign back in, checking the account on Discord’s authorisation screen.
  3. If the account is right but the profile is outdated, update the details in Discord first.
  4. Log out of Onecord and back in with the same Discord account, then check the profile again.
  5. If it still shows incorrect details, contact support with the username and which field is wrong.
