My image has the wrong background or dimensions

  1. In Images, use the format picker beside the microphone: Icon produces 1024 × 1024; Banner produces 1920 × 1080.
  2. For a saved-image edit, open the intended image and use Edit image. Its existing icon/banner format is retained rather than changed by the picker.
  3. For transparency, ask for a transparent background, background removal or a cutout. Do not ask for a drawn checkerboard.
  4. Download the original result and check its dimensions and alpha transparency in an image viewer; a preview crop is not the original file.
  5. If a background is wrong, edit that specific image with one clear correction. An older image with checkerboard pixels needs background removal.
