My image generation is stuck or fails

Check the result and usage before submitting again.

  1. Return to the original conversation and check for a completed image or an error.
  2. If the request is still active and you want to cancel it, use Stop before retrying.
  3. Check your connection and available usage in Settings.
  4. If it repeatedly fails, try a shorter prompt with one clear subject and the required output, such as an icon or banner.
  5. If the page is stuck, save unsent text and refresh. Sign out and back in if necessary, then retry in a new chat.
