My Dot will not generate or edit an image

Use Home or Images for image creation.

  1. If you want a new image or an edit, open Home or Images instead of the Dot conversation.
  2. Make the request explicitly ask to generate or edit the intended image.
  3. If you only want the Dot to discuss an image, use its + menu → Upload image.
  4. End an active Dot call before uploading; use PNG, JPEG or WEBP, up to 8 MB each and no more than two attachments.
  5. Wait for the upload to finish, then send your question about the image.
