Resume a Dot after credits run out

Restore the saved usage source and explicitly resume the Dot.

  1. Check the Dot’s Paused state and any usage-limit message rather than repeatedly resending the same request.
  2. Open Settings → Usage and inspect the Personal/Team allowance used by the work. Team work also requires current membership and an available seat.
  3. Restore the appropriate allowance through a scheduled reset or an eligible purchase; do not assume another monthly balance is used automatically.
  4. Return to the Dot and select Resume. The server checks available usage before allowing it to wake.
  5. Review pending tasks and their next times. Verify a missed action’s outcome before creating a duplicate.
