It edits the wrong image or changes too much

Identify the image and separate what to change from what to keep.

  1. Open the intended image in Images → My images and use Edit image, or open its image viewer from the conversation.
  2. Enter the change in Describe your edits. The selected original is supplied automatically; you do not need to attach it again.
  3. Submit the edit. Editing from My images opens a fresh Home conversation using that saved image as the source.
  4. Compare the result with the Original image thumbnail before requesting another change. Name the details that must stay the same.
  5. For an external image, use + → Add photos & files in Home and attach that image, then request the specific edit.
