My chat is stuck or I cannot send a message

Check requests, uploads and connection forms first.

  1. Check whether a request is already running; wait or use Stop before sending another.
  2. If attachments are uploading, wait for completion or remove a failed attachment.
  3. If a bot connection form is submitting, wait for its result before trying to send.
  4. Save your draft, refresh, then log out and back in if the page still appears stuck.
  5. Try a new chat with a short prompt. If it still fails, check usage and send support the visible error.
