Connect, build and start a bot

Use the separate connection dialog, then build and run the saved project.

  1. On blank Home, open Server or bot → Connect Bot and follow the dialog’s Developer Portal instructions.
  2. Enter credentials for one application you control. Confirm its name/avatar after connection, then choose the saved bot for your chat.
  3. Describe commands, events and access rules. For a bot tied to a server, select the intended server; use Universal scope when the setup asks and the bot should work across servers.
  4. Wait for the build result and open the bot dashboard with its panel button. Review Commands and any build or runtime error.
  5. Install the bot in the intended Discord server if required, then use Start bot. Test its behavior and use Stop bot when you want the runtime stopped.
