Request access to or deletion of personal data

Use private support for a GDPR request and keep it separate from deleting product content.

  1. Read the Privacy Policy for the purposes, retention, providers and rights relevant to your request.
  2. Open Help Center → Support Form, choose Legal and explain whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability.
  3. Provide a contact email and the Discord username/account details needed to locate your data. Do not send passwords, bot tokens or full payment-card details.
  4. If identity or authority needs to be checked, follow the private support instructions rather than posting identifying information publicly.
  5. If you only want to remove saved chats, drafts, bots or images, review Settings → Data controls. Whole-account deletion is in Settings → Account.
