Onecord rejects my image attachment

Use a supported file within the upload limits.

  1. Use PNG, JPEG or WEBP and keep each image at or below 8 MB.
  2. Check that there are no more than two staged attachments. Remove one before adding another.
  3. If using a Dot call, end the call before trying to upload an image.
  4. Wait for upload completion; if it fails, make a smaller supported copy and retry.
  5. If valid uploads repeatedly fail, refresh, sign in again and report the upload error.
