I cannot sign in to Onecord

Try a fresh sign-in flow and check browser cookies.

  1. Refresh Onecord and start from its Login button rather than an old Discord authorisation link.
  2. Check that you can sign in to Discord and complete authorisation in the same browser where you started.
  3. Allow the cookies needed for the Onecord session and check whether a browser extension is blocking the sign-in flow.
  4. If it still loops, clear Onecord’s cache and cookies, then start sign-in again.
  5. If it continues, contact support with the error, browser and approximate time.
