My chats, bots or images are missing

Check the account before deleting or recreating anything.

  1. Check the Discord account in Settings → Account. Sign in with the original account if it is different.
  2. For conversations, use Search chats or the chat list. If you have Team access, check the Personal/Team selection and your current Discord access to shared server chats.
  3. For generated images, open Images → My images. For a connected bot, use the Server or bot selector or the Bots search filter.
  4. If a conversation was removed with Delete, it is hidden from normal history; there is no general archive-restore screen. Do not delete more data to try to recover it.
  5. If an item disappeared unexpectedly, refresh and send support its name, approximate last-used time and account username.
