My bot build is stuck or made the wrong changes

Check the build status and correct one problem at a time.

  1. Return to the original connected conversation and read the build status or error.
  2. If the request is active and you want to replace it, use Stop before sending a correction.
  3. Check the connected bot identity. If it is wrong, start a new chat and reuse or connect the correct bot.
  4. Describe the specific command or event to fix, what it currently does and what it should do. Include the current error.
  5. Wait for the build result before trying again. If the interface remains stuck, save unsent text, refresh, then sign out and back in if needed.
