I want to delete my Onecord account

Keep needed files and check billing before confirming deletion.

  1. Download images and any bot-code exports available on your plan that you want to keep. Review active Personal/Team subscriptions and any refund request in Billing before deleting the account.
  2. Open Settings → Account and choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and provide the requested confirmation text only if you intend permanent deletion.
  4. Wait for completion. If an error occurs, read it and contact private support rather than repeatedly confirming.
  5. If you only want to switch accounts or start a fresh chat, use Log out or New chat instead.
