My generated image will not download

Open the original image and check the browser download.

  1. Open the completed image from its original conversation or My images.
  2. Use Download image rather than taking a screenshot of the preview.
  3. Check your browser’s downloads and any blocked-download notice.
  4. If the image does not load, refresh and try opening it again while signed in to the same account.
  5. If it still fails, tell support which image and conversation are affected and include the error.
