Find, rename, pin or remove a chat

Use chat history and Search chats without confusing removal with permanent data deletion.

  1. Open Home and show the sidebar if it is collapsed. Use Search chats to find a saved conversation or browse the visible history.
  2. Open the chat’s actions menu and choose Rename, enter a recognisable title and save it.
  3. Use Pin to keep the chat in the pinned area, or Unpin to return it to ordinary history.
  4. Use Delete only if you want the conversation removed from the normal list. This hides the individual thread; it is not a reversal of Discord actions.
  5. For permanent bulk deletion, go to Settings → Data controls → Delete all chats and read the separate confirmation.
