My server request is stuck or keeps failing

Check the request status, connection and usage.

  1. Return to the original conversation and check whether a result or an error has appeared.
  2. If you want to cancel an active request, use Stop before submitting another request.
  3. Check your internet connection and available usage in Settings.
  4. Retry with a smaller, specific request, such as adding one category and its channels, if a large request repeatedly fails.
  5. If the error keeps returning, contact support with the prompt, error text and approximate time, removing private information.
