Set up and manage a Team

Check paid members, add existing accounts and open Team work.

  1. As the owner, choose Team at checkout and review the credit allowance, number of Team members and billing interval before paying.
  2. After the subscription is active, open Settings → Team. Change the photo from the avatar or edit the name with the pencil and save with Enter or by leaving the field.
  3. Use the plus button beside Members to search an existing Onecord account by exact Discord username or display name, then verify its avatar and add it.
  4. Check Members and Usage. The owner occupies a paid seat, and member access is limited by the paid seat count.
  5. Ask each member to choose Team on blank Home before starting Team work and to connect only Discord servers they own or administer.
