I cannot find someone when adding a Team member

Use their exact username after they have signed in.

  1. Ask the person to sign in to Onecord with the Discord account they want to use.
  2. As the owner, open Settings → Team and use the plus button beside Members.
  3. Search their exact Discord username or display name rather than a partial name.
  4. Check the returned username and avatar before adding them.
  5. If they are not found, confirm they are not already in another Team or already listed in yours, then check the exact account details again.
