Understand Free, plan, purchased and Team credits

Read the allowance selected for your work and its reset rules.

  1. Open Settings → Usage and read Plan credits. Free provides 400 credits once, rather than a monthly free refill.
  2. For Pro, review the monthly allowance and reset countdown. Annual billing still allocates credits monthly; unused plan credits do not roll over.
  3. For Team, choose Team to read your seat allowance; Settings → Team also shows the pool and member balances.
  4. Choose Personal to inspect your own Purchased credits and use Add more if you need an eligible top-up. Purchased credits are separate and currently have no scheduled expiry.
  5. For a new Home conversation, choose Personal or Team before sending. Existing conversations retain their source; inspect the usage message if a request is blocked.
