1. Who these terms apply to
Onecord is operated by Tommy Kingsleigh in Farnham, United Kingdom. Contact support@onecord.ai for support, billing, privacy, safety or copyright enquiries.
These terms govern the Onecord website and its account, chat, Discord server builder, bot builder, image tools, automation, subscriptions and marketplace features when available. Onecord is independent of Discord, OpenAI and Apple; their names identify integrations, not sponsorship or endorsement.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; it is a notice, not a request for blanket consent. The Usage Policy and Credit Terms supplement these terms. A specific checkout description governs the item and price you buy, subject to your statutory rights. A separately signed business agreement takes priority where it expressly changes these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Usage Policy and Credit Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The iOS app is currently described as coming in Q1 2027. That target is not a purchase, guaranteed delivery date or offer of currently available App Store functionality. App-specific terms will be provided before its release.
2. Age and authority
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age required by local law or the connected platform. Accounts for children below the applicable minimum age are not permitted. Do not misrepresent your age or use another person's account to bypass age restrictions.
If you are under 18 or otherwise below the age of contractual majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must read these terms with you and agree to your use where legally required. Purchases need the cardholder's permission. The Teen Safety page explains risks and practical controls; eligibility is not a promise that the service is suitable for every child.
If you use Onecord for a business, Team or community, you must be authorized to act for it. Being a server administrator does not give you ownership of members' personal data or permission to expose it.
3. Your account and security
Sign-in uses Discord OAuth. Keep your Discord account secure, use multifactor authentication where available, keep billing information accurate, and do not share session credentials. You are responsible for use you authorize, but these terms do not make you automatically responsible for unauthorized activity or remove applicable fraud protections.
Connect only Discord servers and bot applications you own or are authorized to administer. Bot credentials are powerful secrets. Notify us using Onecord support if you suspect compromise; revoke affected credentials through Discord promptly.
4. Discord changes, bots and automation
Onecord can prepare or execute changes to channels, roles, permissions, messages and bot projects within the permissions you grant. Review the target server, content, permissions and proposed effects before using Apply or Send. Scheduled and recurring tasks can execute later under your saved instructions; check or cancel them before their next run if your instructions change.
You remain responsible for lawful server administration, required notices to members, moderation settings and permissions. Generated code can contain bugs or unsafe behavior. Review and test it before running or deploying it, and keep independent backups of important content. Undo, cancellation and account deletion cannot reliably recall messages, invitations or other effects already sent to Discord.
Discord controls its platform, API limits and permissions. Revoking access, removing a bot or changes to Discord can make a feature unavailable. Removing your Onecord account does not automatically delete your Discord server, messages or separately installed bots. Follow Discord's own terms, community rules and developer policies.
5. Inputs, outputs and intellectual property
You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, code and other inputs. You must have the rights, notices and lawful basis needed to submit them and authorize the requested processing. Give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit and display your content only as necessary to deliver, secure and support the service and comply with law; this does not transfer ownership of your inputs.
As between you and Onecord, you may use generated output and we assign to you any rights we can lawfully assign in that output, subject to third-party rights and applicable provider conditions. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright. Open-source dependencies, marketplace assets, trademarks and third-party material retain their own licenses. We do not promise exclusivity, non-infringement or ownership of material we cannot assign.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsafe. Verify facts and code, do not present AI as a human or licensed professional, and do not rely on it for emergency support or consequential medical, legal, financial or other regulated decisions. Do not use Discord message content to train AI models without Discord's express permission and all other required rights.
6. Paid services
Before purchase, review the total price, currency, taxes if applicable, billing frequency, selected credit allowance, Team seats and any automatic-reload settings. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Annual payment does not deliver all annual credits at once: paid allowances reset monthly. Personal Pro and Team subscriptions can be independent purchases.
Cancel renewal in Settings → Billing for the relevant subscription. Disabling automatic reload is separate from subscription cancellation. Cancellation normally preserves paid access until the period ends; the refund and cancellation sections of the Credit Terms explain cancellation rights and remedies. No clause here makes every payment non-refundable or waives rights merely because you sign in or spend credits.
We will give reasonable advance notice of material price or subscription changes, explain when they take effect and allow cancellation before a changed renewal where required. Changes cannot retrospectively increase a settled purchase. Payment-provider checks, failed payments, fraud review and account restrictions can affect access.
7. Restrictions, suspension and ending use
Do not use Onecord for conduct prohibited by the Usage Policy. We may restrict specific content, tasks, integrations or accounts where reasonably needed for a serious breach, security risk, non-payment or legal obligation. We aim to explain the reason and provide a way to ask for review, except where doing so would endanger others, compromise security or be unlawful. We do not guarantee continuous human moderation or advance notice in an urgent situation.
You can stop using Onecord, cancel subscriptions and request account deletion. If we withdraw a paid service without your breach or terminate it for our convenience, applicable refund and consumer rights remain available. Rights concerning completed payments, confidentiality, existing licenses and disputes survive to the extent necessary; suspension is not a blanket forfeiture of consumer remedies.
8. Service standards and liability
We must supply paid services with reasonable care and skill and provide digital content that meets applicable legal standards. AI uncertainty and third-party outages do not remove those obligations. No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers keep all mandatory rights. We are responsible for loss that applicable law makes us responsible for; these terms do not impose a blanket liability cap on consumer claims.
For business users only, subject to liabilities that cannot be limited, liability for ordinary contractual claims is limited to fees paid to Onecord for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable to a business for indirect or consequential loss to the extent legally permitted. That business limit does not apply to consumer claims or override a signed agreement. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct; there is no unlimited consumer indemnity.
9. Complaints, governing law and changes
Contact the operator using Onecord support with the issue and the remedy requested. You may use a regulator, court or dispute-resolution body available under applicable law; you do not have to give up those rights to contact us first. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections and court rights in your place of residence continue to apply. We do not require consumers to litigate exclusively in a distant jurisdiction.
Material policy updates will be identified with a new effective date and notified where required. Changes apply prospectively, with renewed assent where required; continued use alone cannot waive statutory rights. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
10. Copyright notices and requests for review
Send a copyright report to Onecord support. Identify the protected work, the precise Onecord content or listing location, your contact details and your authority to act. Explain the alleged unauthorized use, confirm that your report is accurate and provide any signature required by the applicable notice procedure. Do not send a false notice, unnecessary personal records or harmful material.
We may investigate, restrict material within our control and seek a response from the submitting user. Relevant notice information may be shared where appropriate, subject to privacy and safety. If your material was restricted in error, request review with the reference and evidence of permission or a relevant legal exception. Applicable statutory notice/counter-notice rules take priority; we do not claim a registered DMCA agent or safe-harbor status without the required registration and process.
For safety, billing, privacy and other complaints, give the relevant account, task, server or invoice reference, a factual explanation and the remedy sought. Never send passwords, bot tokens, session cookies or full card details. An appeal does not authorize continued harmful use or evasion of a restriction. These contacts are not emergency services.
