1. What credits represent
Credits are a service allowance for supported Onecord AI activity, not cash, a bank balance, an investment, cryptocurrency or a transferable payment instrument. Their availability and cost depend on the selected allowance, provider usage and feature. A credit is not a guaranteed number of words, images, seconds or successful Discord changes.
We account for verified AI usage using provider cost and the conversion applicable to the funded allowance. Different models, image quality, input/context, tools and voice duration can consume different amounts. Display rounding can make small usage appear together later. Checkout controls the currency, price and allowance purchased; future rates or product changes cannot retroactively alter a completed charge.
2. Types of balance
Current catalog values are displayed before purchase and in Usage. Promotional grants may have separately disclosed conditions, but cannot be used to obscure the price of a paid purchase. Credits are not available for resale, account farming or moving between unrelated accounts.

3. Charging actual use
New requests check available funds without reserving an estimated request amount. Verified final usage is charged: Personal monthly/Free funds are used before your purchased funds; Team requests use your selected seat before your own purchased funds. Another member's purchased balance or a different seat's remaining allowance is not available to your request.
The balance menu selects Personal or Team; requests recheck current membership and access. You can keep an independent Personal plan while joining a Team. A Team request already accepted can still be settled after you leave it.
Concurrent requests can finish after remaining funds have been consumed. Known unpaid actual usage stays attached to its original billing scope and is collected from newly available funds before further requests are admitted. This does not automatically authorize a separate card charge: only an enabled automatic reload or another authorized purchase does that. Spending all current credits is not a guarantee that an in-flight provider request has incurred no further usage.
A provider rejection confirmed as unused costs zero. Cancellation, timeout, disliked output or an external Discord failure does not necessarily mean the provider performed no chargeable work. Missing or uncertain usage remains pending for verification; retries and resumed results must not double-charge the same verified usage. Report an accounting error with the request/time and billing scope.
4. Top-ups and automatic reload
Manual top-ups are one-off purchases with the amount, currency and any bonus shown before payment. Current purchased credits do not have an automatic expiry. Automatic reload is a separate setting: enabling it authorizes the configured purchase to be charged to the saved payment method when the qualifying threshold is reached. It can repeat as usage continues, so review the amount and threshold carefully.
Turn automatic reload off in Usage if you no longer want those future purchases. Canceling Pro/Team, closing a tab or pausing a task does not itself disable reload. A completed authorized reload is not undone by switching it off afterwards. Failed payments or authentication requirements can interrupt reload and generation; a discount or bonus applies only where the current offer says so.
5. Referrals and abuse
The current Invite & earn offer gives an eligible inviter 25 Personal credits on a new referred signup and 100 on that account's first qualifying positive paid Pro invoice. Returning accounts, self-referrals, Team invoices, trials, failed or zero-value invoices do not qualify. A reward stage cannot be earned again by retrying a payment, renewing, or recreating the same referred Discord identity.
Promotional eligibility can change prospectively with clear notice. We may correct duplicate or fraudulently obtained grants and reverse credits tied to a refunded or reversed payment, with an explanation and review route where appropriate. This is not a blanket right to confiscate legitimately purchased unused credits.
6. Closure, refunds and corrections
Credits have no routine cash-out or exchange value, but statutory cancellation, refund and service-remedy rights remain available. No spending action by itself waives those rights. Account deletion removes access to remaining balances; review subscription cancellation and any requested refund before deleting the account.
If we discontinue a paid credit service, materially fail to supply it or close an account for our convenience, we will apply the remedies required by law and the refund and cancellation sections of the Credit Terms. If a balance or usage figure is wrong, report it; keep the invoice/request identifiers and do not send card security information.
7. Cancel future charges
In Settings → Billing, cancel the relevant Personal Pro or Team subscription before its renewal. Current cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period, so paid access ordinarily continues until then. Independent subscriptions need separate cancellation. Team owners manage the Team subscription; leaving a Team is not its cancellation.
Automatic reload is separate: turn it off in Usage to stop future qualifying top-ups. A manual credit pack or marketplace bot purchase is not a subscription unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. Keep the confirmation and period-end date; contact us if a cancellation did not take effect.
8. UK/EU withdrawal and statutory rights
Consumers buying services or digital content at a distance may have a 14-day cancellation right and mandatory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unsupplied services/content. Applicable law determines when the period starts and whether an exception applies. We must provide the required purchase information and a confirmation you can keep.
Starting a service during a cancellation period requires the express request required by law. A lawful proportionate deduction for a requested service already supplied is different from losing the entire right to cancel. Digital content supplied immediately can have a different exception, requiring prior express consent and acknowledgment plus the required confirmation. We do not treat merely signing in, clicking generate, spending credits, or this policy itself as that consent or acknowledgment.
If required information or consent was not provided, we will not rely on an unsupported waiver. These terms preserve any longer cancellation period, full refund or other remedy required by your local law. Rules for renewals and subscription cooling-off rights must be applied when legally in force; the planned iOS launch does not delay current consumer protections.
9. Missing, faulty or incorrect service
Report a duplicate charge, missing paid credits, materially faulty service or purchase that does not match its description. Depending on the applicable law and facts, remedies can include correction, repeat performance, replacement, price reduction or a refund. AI variability does not eliminate statutory remedies, but dissatisfaction with a stylistic result alone is not proof that no service was supplied.
Outside a statutory cancellation/remedy, requests are considered on their facts and the purchased description. We do not promise an unconditional refund of every used allowance, and we do not impose an absolute no-refunds rule. A reversed payment can result in the corresponding credits or purchased entitlement being adjusted; errors and disputed adjustments can be reviewed.
10. Request a refund or withdraw
We offer refunds within seven days of a charge if no usage has been used since that charge. This additional refund policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund or faulty-service rights, including any longer period or remedy required by applicable law.
Use Onecord support. Give your account identifier, order/invoice reference, purchase date, service, reason and requested remedy. A clear statement that you wish to cancel within an applicable withdrawal period is sufficient; you do not have to use special wording. Never send a full card number, security code or Discord password.
Optional cancellation wording: ‘I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. My order/account reference is [reference]. My name is [name]. Please confirm cancellation and any refund due.’ Send it to Onecord support by email.
Where a statutory refund is due, the applicable deadline governs it—normally within 14 days of the required cancellation notice for UK distance contracts, subject to the specific legal rules. Refunds ordinarily use the original payment method without a refund fee. Bank processing time is separate. We do not require account deletion or a waiver of statutory rights to resolve a refund.
11. Marketplace and future app purchases
For marketplace bots bought through Onecord checkout, consult the listing, seller information and disclosed license. Do not assume you bought the bot's copyright, perpetual hosting or ongoing AI usage unless the listing includes it. A confirmed refund can remove the purchase entitlement. The contracting seller and applicable obligations must be disclosed before a marketplace sale.
The iOS app is not currently supplied through this site's download page. If App Store purchases are introduced, Apple purchase/refund channels and the applicable app terms will be disclosed before purchase. There is no current App Store purchase through this download page.
